Oravel, the parent company of hospitality firm OYO, has introduced its European holiday home brand, DanCenter, to the Indian market. Known for its expertise in vacation home management across Europe, DanCenter has launched its Indian operations with high-end villas in Siolim, North Goa.
DanCenter, originally founded in Denmark in 1957, boasts a legacy of over six decades in the holiday home rental industry. The brand manages an impressive portfolio of 12,000 properties across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. OYO acquired DanCenter under its OYO Vacation Homes division in 2019, leading to significant expansion in Europe.
Now entering the Indian market, DanCenter aims to redefine luxury vacation stays. The newly introduced 3BHK villas in Siolim offer a premium experience with amenities such as a private chef on call, housekeeping, booking assistance, local activity recommendations, mixology lessons, and BBQ services upon request.
A key aspect of DanCenter’s strategy in India is its commitment to launching only newly constructed properties, ensuring a fresh and luxurious experience for guests. With its strong reputation and expertise in the European market, DanCenter is set to elevate the vacation home rental segment in India, beginning with its first properties in Goa.
