Rangsons Aerospace, a leading product technology firm specializing in aerospace, defense, and homeland security, has raised ₹300 crore ($36.5 million) in a funding round led by ValueQuest Investment Advisors. Anand Rathi Advisors served as the financial advisor for the transaction.
The fresh capital will be utilized to develop advanced products and solutions for commercial and military aviation worldwide. Additionally, the company plans to expand into new business areas through strategic acquisitions, strengthening its position in the global aerospace market.
A part of NR Group, Rangsons Aerospace operates from three facilities in Bangalore and Mysore. Its diverse product portfolio includes satellite communication systems, airborne thermal management, and fluid distribution solutions.
As a tier I partner to global aerospace giants such as Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, Rangsons plays a key role in the international aerospace supply chain. Additionally, the company supplies critical systems to Indian organizations like ISRO, the Indian Navy, HAL, and others, reinforcing its commitment to India’s defense and space sectors.
With this investment, Rangsons Aerospace is poised to accelerate innovation, expand its manufacturing capabilities, and strengthen collaborations with global aerospace and defense leaders.
