Nivaan Care, a multidisciplinary chronic pain management clinic chain, has raised $4.25 million in its seed round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from existing investor W Health Ventures.
The fresh capital will support Nivaan Care’s expansion into 10 new clinics across two cities. Additionally, the company aims to integrate evidence-based regenerative medicine modalities—such as autologous cell therapies and bioactive scaffolds—to enhance tissue repair, alleviate pain, and improve patient function.
Founded in 2023 by Nivesh Khandelwal and Vishwas Singh, Nivaan Care follows a biopsychosocial approach to chronic pain management. This method, which is reportedly over nine times more effective than conventional treatments, combines multidisciplinary care with minimally invasive procedures. Operating through seven clinics, Nivaan offers personalized care plans created by a team of pain management specialists, physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and care managers.
In just one and a half years, Nivaan Care has treated over 10,000 patients and performed 1,400 procedures, positioning itself as a leading player in the chronic pain management space.
