Mysa, a unified finance and banking platform designed for mid-size businesses, has raised $2.8 million in a seed funding round led by Blume Ventures. Other investors in the round include Emphasis Ventures (EMVC), Antler, Neon Fund, and CIIIE, along with notable angel investors such as Sriharsha Majety (Swiggy), Mohit Kumar (Ultrahuman), Naiyaa Saagi (MyGlamm), Nitin Gupta (Uni), and Nishith Rastogi (Locus).
The fresh capital will be used to enhance Mysa’s core platform, expand its team, and accelerate customer acquisition.

Co-founded by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa is designed to streamline financial operations, improve control, and enable data-driven decision-making. The platform integrates bill collection, tax compliance, payment execution, and ERP synchronization into a single, seamless system.
Mysa has already onboarded companies across various industries, including DPDZero, Kouzina, Guru & Jana, Swish, and Rigi. In partnership with Yes Bank, Mysa offers integrated current account operations, targeting businesses with annual revenues or spends between Rs 10-300 crore.
AI-Powered Financial Automation
Mysa’s Smart Scan technology automatically generates contextual narratives for bills, predicts due dates, and categorizes expenses. Additionally, AI-driven invoice collection bots and intelligent payment routing optimize cash flow, while a mobile app ensures seamless banking accessibility.
With this funding, Mysa aims to strengthen its position as a go-to financial operations platform for mid-sized businesses, offering simplified, automated, and AI-powered financial management solutions.
