Enterpret, an AI-powered platform that transforms customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and customer experience (CX) teams, has successfully raised $20.8 million in its Series A funding round. The investment was led by Canaan Partners, with Rayfe Gaspar-Asaoka, Partner at Canaan Partners, joining Enterpret’s board of directors as part of the deal.
Other notable investors participating in the round include Kleiner Perkins, Peak XV Partners (previously known as Sequoia Capital India), Wing Ventures, and Recall Capital. Additionally, several prominent angel investors have come on board, including Lauryn Motamedi (Head of Product Growth at Notion), Elena Verna (VP of Growth and Data at Dropbox), Nan Yu (Head of Product at Linear), and Andrew Berman (Director of AI at Zapier).
The new capital will help Enterpret scale its operations further, with a focus on deploying no-code AI agents that will assist clients in bridging gaps between product, marketing, and sales teams. These AI agents will also help companies collect rich, insightful customer feedback that can drive better decision-making across departments.
Founded by brothers Varun and Arnav Sharma, Enterpret leverages adaptive AI models to analyze large volumes of unstructured feedback from various sources. The platform extracts key themes, sentiments, underlying issues, and trends from this data, allowing teams to quickly identify patterns that can lead to improved customer satisfaction and product development.
Since May 2024, Enterpret has experienced remarkable growth, doubling its annual recurring revenue (ARR). The company counts several high-profile clients among its customer base, including Monday.com, Canva, Notion, Loom (Atlassian), The Browser Company, Hootsuite, Nextdoor, Strava, Linear, and Vimeo.
With this Series A funding, Enterpret is poised to further revolutionize how companies utilize customer feedback, driving deeper insights and more strategic product and CX decisions.
