BrightCHAMPS, an edtech platform specializing in coding, AI, and robotics for K-12 students, has acquired the Indian K-12 education marketplace Edjust in a cash and stock deal. This marks BrightCHAMPS’s fourth acquisition since its inception in 2020, following Education10x (2021), Schola (2022), and Metamorphosis Edu (2023).
The acquisition aligns with BrightCHAMPS’s strategy to strengthen its global footprint while expanding its offerings. Edjust’s founders, Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal, and Sanjay Panikar, will spearhead a new distribution channel focused on academic subjects such as Math, Science, and English, catering to students’ holistic development and future readiness.
Refining Sales Models and Enhancing Reach
Post-acquisition, Edjust aims to refine its sales processes and expand its presence across 30 geographies. The company is leveraging its expertise in using AI, emotional intelligence (EQ), and sophisticated data to identify and target parents with a high propensity for edtech products. With a proven track record in the US and UK, Edjust plans to introduce parents worldwide to immersive digital learning experiences.

Strategic Vision
This acquisition underscores BrightCHAMPS’s commitment to global growth and innovation in the K-12 education sector. By integrating Edjust’s AI-driven sales strategy and distribution network, BrightCHAMPS aims to expand its portfolio and offer a comprehensive suite of academic and skill-based courses that cater to the evolving needs of students and parents alike.
