As of 2024, the Indian spirituality market is worth $58.56B has seen plenty of new startups that have combined tech and spirituality aspects of the market.Some of the companies that have been founded in recent years and have shown immense potential in this growing market are as follows:

FlexifyMe:Founded in 2021 by Manjeet Singh and Amit Bhayani,the company helps to achieve mental, physical, and spiritual harmony.They provide 1-on-1 and group sessions with  world-class yoga, meditation, and nutrition coaches. The company received a funding of  $2.5M in total with their latest round of funding of $1.2M in January 2024.

  1. Divine: This app-based platform offering astrology services was founded in 2022 by Paras Ajay Shah and Karan Punwani and has emerged as one of the most widely used apps in the astrology domain.The company raised funds worth $2M during it’s seed round back in november 2022.

  1. Melooha: Melooha is one of the first generation AI powered, hyper personalised astrology platforms.Founded in 2022 by Vikram Labhe and Bhalchandra Patil,Melooha set up their headquarters in Nagpur,Maharashtra. The company raised $620K till date.

  1. Paavan:Paavan is an app-based platform offering bhajans, stories, and lessons related to Hinduism.This company was founded in 2021 by  Mohit Mittal, Nitin Agrawal and Sankalp Jain and has raised funds worth $480K with the latest funding round in June, 2022.

  1. InstaAstro: Founded in 2021 by Nitin Verma,InstaAstro’s platform provides users with one-on-one Astrology consultations, layered with Daily Activity Tracks & Content to help users navigate day to day problems.The company  has raised a total of $385K.

RGyan: RGyan is a  vernacular spiritual social tech startup which aims to build a single online platform for Spiritually, Intellectually & Socially connected souls.It has a similar functionality to that of Quora.This company was founded in 2021 by Devendar Agarwal and Umesh Khatri and has raised a total of $362K till date.

Utsav: Funded by India Quotient,Utsav was founded in 2021 by Sourajit Basu, Ankita De, and Prajata Samanta and provides a digital platform for organisations and their followers to share information, book online pujas, and even have prasad delivered to their homes.They have raised $240K til date.

Lifechart:Founded in 2021 by Mukul Shah,Lifechart is India’s leading Holistic Preventive wellness platform that provides an alternate Healthcare holistic solution by practising Indian values of spiritual therapy, yoga, ayurveda, naturopathy, organic nutrition & meditation.The company has it’s headquarters located in Haryana and has raised a total of $200K till date with the last fundraising round held in May 2022(pre-seed).

DevaSeva:Founded in 2021 by Anil Kumar Redyy and Sandeep Sharma,the company is India’s first faith-tech platform and bridge between devotees and the divine and aims to connect people with the sacred world of Vedic practices and ceremonies.The company is unfunded and has it’s headquarters located in Hyderabad,Telangana.

  1. AnytimeAstro:Founded in 2021,it is an app-based platform offering astrology services. It allows the users to consult astrologers through call or chat. The platform offers services like horoscope, Kundli matching, psychic reading, numerology, religious calendar, tarot reading, Vastu, palmistry, and more.As of 2024,the company is unfunded but has their revenue coming primarily through their app available on both android and iOS platforms.
