Global Care Secures $3 Million in Series A Funding to Expand Medical Tourism and Global Healthcare Services

Global Care, a non-hospital medical tourism company, has raised $3 million in its Series A funding round led by the 35North India Discovery Fund – II. The company announced in a press release that the fresh capital will be utilized to enhance clinical excellence through strategic consulting and improve patient access to quality healthcare.

Founded in 2016 by Rajeev Taneja, Global Care specializes in providing advanced medical care across various specialities in countries including India, Turkey, Dubai, Egypt, Germany, and Thailand. The company’s mission is to bridge global healthcare gaps by offering an array of clinical services as healthcare consultants. Their services include building clinical corridors and supporting patients who cannot receive adequate treatment in their home countries.

With this funding, Global Care plans to expand its international healthcare services further, particularly focusing on regions such as Eastern Africa, Francophone Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, SAARC nations, and South-East Asia. The company aims to establish a global ecosystem of clinical services, making healthcare more accessible and efficient for patients worldwide.

35North India Discovery Fund – II, the lead investor, has a track record of backing innovative companies across various sectors, including SpeedLabs (Teevra Edutech), Nukleus Office Solutions, Cloud Tailor, Stupa Analytics, Big Bang Boom Solutions, Aatwri Aerospace and Defence, HomePecked, and Beshak.
