Futwork Raises $2.5 Million in Series A Round Led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation

Sales outreach platform Futwork has secured Rs 20.9 crore (approximately $2.5 million) in its Series A funding round, with the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation leading the investment. Other participants in the round include Artha Ventures, Simile Capital, SCI Bureaux, D2C Insider Angels, and angel investor Abhishek Goyal.

According to regulatory filings, the board of Futwork approved a special resolution to issue 50 equity and 8,820 preference shares at Rs 23,650 each, raising a total of Rs 20.9 crore. The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation contributed Rs 14.17 crore, while the remaining amount was provided by the other investors.

Futwork plans to utilize the fresh capital to support its growth initiatives, working capital requirements, and financial stability. Following this investment, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation will hold a 19.92% stake in the company, with Simile Capital and Artha Ventures holding 10.08% and 5.64%, respectively.

This round follows a $1 million seed funding led by Blume Ventures in 2022. Founded in 2020 by Armaan Vananchal, Niranjan Nakhate, and Sri Ganapathy, Futwork specializes in helping businesses build outbound tele-calling teams with no fixed costs, supporting functions such as product demos, session bookings, and customer feedback.
