Yummy Bee Secures ₹18 Crore Funding to Expand Its Guilt-Free Café Chain and FMCG Offerings

Yummy Bee, a café chain specializing in guilt-free indulgence, has raised ₹18 crore (over $2 million) in total funding, including ₹11 crore in its latest round. The funding round was led by Mile Deep Capital, with participation from investors such as Mohan Krishna, Ajitha Challa, and Praveen Jaipuriar.

The fresh capital will fuel Yummy Bee’s expansion into Mumbai and Bengaluru while also laying the groundwork for its Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) portfolio in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. The brand plans to introduce new products like millet puffs and almond rocks, extending its reach into quick commerce and modern trade channels.

Founded in 2022 by Sandeep Jangala, Yummy Bee currently operates outlets in Hyderabad. With ambitious growth plans, the company aims to achieve an annualized recurring revenue of ₹50 crore by March 2026 and expand to 20 outlets across India by the end of the year.

Yummy Bee has rapidly gained popularity for its sugar-free, gluten-free, and preservative-free menu, offering healthier alternatives such as millet pizzas, pastas, and tacos. Its signature desserts, including Double Chocolate Brownies, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Truffle Pastry, cater to health-conscious consumers without compromising on taste.

With a vision to make guilt-free indulgence accessible across major Indian cities, Yummy Bee is on track to become a go-to destination for mindful eating while strengthening its presence in the FMCG sector.
