Umwelt.AI Secures $125K Seed Funding to Enhance Global HR Tech Solutions

Date:

HR technology platform Umwelt.AI has successfully raised $125,000 in a seed funding round led by Upekkha. This new influx of capital is earmarked for expanding the company’s global presence and delivering innovative HR solutions across various industries, as announced in a recent press release.

Founded in 2023 by Vishal Chopra, Umwelt.AI focuses on people analytics and employee experience, offering solutions that surpass traditional HR methods. The company aids organizations in enhancing their employee net promoter score (eNPS) and response rates, fostering a more engaged workforce.

Previously, Umwelt.AI had secured $125,000 in a pre-seed round from its existing investor last year. Based in Faridabad, the company leverages behavioural science, chatbot technology, and advanced analytics to provide real-time feedback and actionable insights for CEOs and HR leaders. By measuring key indicators such as mood, engagement, and attrition risk, Umwelt.AI enables companies to preemptively address potential issues, leading to reduced early attrition rates and improved talent retention.

Umwelt.AI has already served notable clients, including Quess Corp, Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, Foundit, and Allsec BPO. In the competitive HR tech landscape, it stands alongside other startups like Amara.ai, Infeedo, and Leena.AI.

With this latest funding, Umwelt.AI aims to further its mission of transforming the HR sector by providing impactful, data-driven solutions to organizations worldwide.
