Gurugram-based climate financing platform Two Point O Capital has raised $6.3 million in its seed round, led by Omnivore, with additional backing from Multiply Ventures, RTP Global, GrowX, Spectrum Impact, and a group of high-profile angel investors.
The newly raised funds will be directed toward enhancing the startup’s tech-enabled platform, which specializes in sourcing, financing, and monitoring distributed clean energy projects. Additionally, Two Point O Capital aims to expand its team by hiring top-tier talent to support its growth trajectory.
Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan, and Shashidhar Reddy, the company provides flexible financing solutions for clean energy projects in the commercial and industrial sectors, with a focus on solar rooftops, energy efficiency, and wastewater treatment. The startup offers both leasing and capex financing options to support distributed energy initiatives.
With ambitions to further collaborate with operational and financial partners, Two Point O Capital plans to build and manage a high-quality portfolio on its platform, accelerating the transition toward sustainable energy solutions.
