Tuco Intelligent, a kids-focused personal care brand, has raised $2 million in its seed funding round. The round was led by Fireside Ventures and Whiteboard Capital, with participation from the Suashish Group, led by Ashish Goenka, as well as angel investors including Vijay Nehra and Arjun Purkayastha. These investors have previously backed successful brands like Mamaearth, Sugar, Pilgrim, and Whole Truth.
Founded in 2023 by Aishvarya Murali, Tuco Intelligent is dedicated to providing natural and sustainable personal care products exclusively for children. Their product lineup includes soaps, lotions, creams, makeup, and deodorants, all designed specifically for kids aged 4 to 12. The brand takes a strong stance on sustainability, with its packaging made entirely from landfill and ocean-reclaimed plastic, aligning with the mission to create a greener future for children.
Tuco Intelligent’s products are available on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and FirstCry, as well as on its website. With this fresh capital infusion, the company aims to expand its product range and strengthen its market presence in the fast-growing children’s personal care segment.
The lead investors, Fireside Ventures and Whiteboard Capital are well-known for their involvement with innovative, high-growth consumer brands. Fireside Ventures has invested in successful companies like Mamaearth, boAt Lifestyle, and Yogabar, while Whiteboard Capital boasts a portfolio that includes Cred, Atomberg, and Jupiter.
