SuperKalam Secures $2 Million in Seed Round Led by Y Combinator.

Date:

SuperKalam, an AI-powered personal mentoring platform designed for students preparing for competitive exams, has raised $2 million in seed funding. The investment was spearheaded by Y Combinator and Fundersclub, with additional contributions from a roster of esteemed investors, including YC Partner Puneet Kumar, Goodwater Capital, Nurture Ventures, SuperCapital, and Pareto Ventures.

The capital infusion will enhance SuperKalam’s educational platform, expand its reach, improve user experience, and foster continuous innovation in personalized learning services.

Established in July 2023 by Vimal Singh Rathore and Aseem Gupta, SuperKalam offers bespoke guidance and support tailored to each student’s unique needs. By leveraging AI-driven analytics, the platform creates individualized learning paths, provides instant doubt resolution, and tracks student progress comprehensively.

Since its inception, SuperKalam has attracted over 60,000 students. The platform’s commitment to providing tailored mentorship and leveraging advanced AI technology sets it apart in the competitive ed-tech landscape.

This venture marks the second ed-tech initiative by co-founder Vimal Singh Rathore, who previously founded Coursavy, an ed-tech startup acquired by Unacademy in September 2020.
