Proptech Startup Truva Secures $3 Million Funding Round Led by Stellaris Venture Partners

Date:

Proptech startup Truva has successfully raised $3 million in a funding round spearheaded by Stellaris Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm known for backing promising startups. The round also attracted investments from prominent angel investors, including Mukesh Bansal, Ankit Nagori, and Lalit Keshre, among others.

Truva, founded in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta, is revolutionizing the real estate market by offering comprehensive property listings enriched with detailed insights for prospective buyers. The platform goes beyond standard listings, providing innovative features such as natural light scores, noise ratings, 3D tours, and high-quality visual content, including photos and videos. Additionally, Truva assists buyers with financing, paperwork, and registration, making the home-buying process more seamless and transparent.

Currently, Truva operates in the upscale neighbourhoods of Powai and Bandra in Mumbai. With the fresh infusion of capital, the startup aims to expand its team, enhance its product offerings, secure debt for working capital, and scale its operations across other areas of Mumbai within the next year.

The investment from Stellaris and other angel investors underscores the growing confidence in Truva’s vision to transform the property buying experience with technology-driven solutions.
