ProFinTech Secures $1.4 Million in Seed Funding to Revolutionize MSME Financing

0

Fintech startup ProFinTech Technologies has successfully raised $1.4 million in a seed funding round, co-led by prominent High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and the family office of K.I. Varaprasad Reddy, along with key investors Rahul Gedupudi, Sreeman Chalasani, and Srinivas Kalagara.

The Hyderabad-based company plans to use the capital infusion to fuel its growth and bring innovative solutions to the market. Co-founded in 2022 by Ravi Tanniru and Sandeep Kunkunuru, ProFinTech leverages data-driven trade recommendations and financing fulfilment engines to streamline the process of securing funding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The startup’s user-friendly interface simplifies the traditionally cumbersome financing processes, offering small businesses quicker and easier access to capital.

ProFinTech is incubated at T-Hub, Hyderabad, and operates out of the Machine Learning and Artificial Technology Hub (MATH) Centre of Excellence. The company aims to deepen its partnerships with banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to scale its supply chain and trade financing operations.

In addition to its existing offerings—such as automated financing recommendations, transaction-level credit readiness scores, zero processing fees, and live-transaction funding—ProFinTech is set to introduce new product features and enhancements to further empower MSMEs, helping them scale and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
