This investment follows Happy Nature’s earlier achievement of raising $768K in a seed round in May 2022, valuing the company at $6.99 million. The newly acquired funds are earmarked for enhancing sales, bolstering marketing efforts, and fortifying the brand’s image, as stated in a press release by Happy Nature.

Established in 2018 by co-founders Vikas Singh and Vishal Rastogi, Happy Nature delivers farm-fresh, direct-to-customer milk, dairy, and essential breakfast products sourced directly from trusted suppliers. The company takes pride in its commitment to addressing the challenges faced by small-scale farmers, offering them access to vital resources and markets.

Happy Nature’s business model supports farmers and resonates with consumers by providing 100% clean label and preservative-free milk, dairy, and breakfast products through a convenient subscription and delivery system.
