Infinity Fincorp Bolsters MSME Funding with $8M Extension from Archerman Capital

Date:

Infinity Fincorp Solutions, a pioneering RBI-registered NBFC specializing in tailored property loans for MSMEs, has secured an additional $8 million in funding from Archerman Capital. This extension is part of the $26 million funding round led by Jungle Ventures earlier this month, bringing the total raised to $34 million. This infusion of capital is poised to bolster Infinity Fincorp’s mission of extending accessible credit to micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses in India’s tier 3 and 4 cities and towns.

Expanding Financial Accessibility

The MSME sector, comprising approximately 6.3 crore businesses, has contributed to India’s economic growth. It is anticipated to play a pivotal role in achieving the nation’s GDP target of $5 trillion, contributing around $2 trillion. Recognizing the significance of this segment, Infinity Fincorp has been on a mission to bridge the credit gap, particularly in semi-urban areas where traditional banking services are often lacking.

Strategic Partnerships for Growth

Founded by Shrikant Ravalkar in 2016, Infinity Fincorp has witnessed remarkable growth. The recent funding round signifies a significant milestone for the company. With the backing of prominent investors like Jungle Ventures and now Archerman Capital, Infinity Fincorp is poised for exponential expansion. Shrikant Ravalkar, Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Infinity, expressed gratitude to Archerman Capital and Jungle Ventures, stating that the current equity raise demonstrates their strategic focus and execution capabilities.

Partnering for Success

Darshit Vora, Partner at Archerman Capital, highlighted Infinity’s role in establishing a top-tier MSME credit franchise. With the MSME sector being a cornerstone of India’s growth narrative, Vora emphasized Infinity’s execution excellence and its potential to capitalize on the significant opportunity presented by this sector.

Support and Vision

Nitin Nayak, nominee of Indium IV on Infinity’s board, expressed pride in being part of Infinity’s growth journey. He emphasized the management team’s deep understanding of the affordable lending sector in semi-urban India and its robust business model. Nayak extended warm gratitude to the new investors for joining this journey.
