Garden of Joy, a burgeoning landscaping startup, has recently secured INR 84 Lakhs in a Seed Round spearheaded by Inflection Point Ventures. This significant investment marks a pivotal moment for the company as it gears up for expansion and innovation in the burgeoning landscaping market.

Led by Sanyam Raheja, a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning the Merchant Navy and notable roles at Oyo and Homelane, Garden of Joy envisions transforming everyday spaces into vibrant havens of tranquillity and beauty. With an MBA in Marketing from IIM Rohtak, Raheja brings a unique blend of expertise and is poised to propel Garden of Joy to greater heights.

The funds are earmarked for strategic initiatives, including expanding operations in Bangalore and venturing into five additional cities. Moreover, the company aims to develop a cutting-edge design tool with a pricing calculator, empowering customers to visualize and budget for their dream outdoor spaces seamlessly.

Instead of merely offering landscaping solutions, Garden of Joy is set to vertically integrate its operations by establishing fabrication and civil work workshops. This move underscores the company’s commitment to delivering end-to-end services while ensuring quality and affordability remain paramount.

Vinay Bansal, Founder and CEO of Inflection Point Ventures, extols Garden of Joy’s mission to infuse joy and rejuvenation into urban landscapes. He lauds the company’s dedication to providing customizable solutions that resonate with today’s fast-paced lifestyles and mark a refreshing departure from the mundane.

Sanyam Raheja, Founder and CEO of Garden of Joy, expresses gratitude for the partnership with IPV, highlighting the capital infusion’s transformative potential. He envisions leveraging these funds to develop in-house tech products and drive vertical integration across all services. He plans to expand the company’s footprint across major cities in Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

The company’s rapid ascent is underscored by its impressive track record. Within the first 18 months of inception, Garden of Joy successfully completed over 100 landscaping projects. This milestone speaks volumes about Garden of Joy’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, setting a solid foundation for future growth and expansion.

As the landscaping market in India continues to burgeon, with a valuation of INR US $14.96 billion in 2024 and global projections reaching $296 billion, Garden of Joy is poised to carve a niche for itself as a trailblazer in the industry. With a compelling blend of innovation, expertise, and unwavering dedication, Garden of Joy invites customers to embrace the beauty of the outdoors and find joy in the everyday.
