Date:

Digital-first western fashion brand Theater has successfully raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round, led by Prath Ventures, with contributions from existing angel investors. The new capital will fuel the company’s growth by exploring new channels such as quick commerce, expanding its offline footprint, and enhancing its design and production processes.

Founded by Sarthak Aggarwal, Vikram Jain, Karan Jain, and Shruti Aggarwal, Theater stands out with its deep fashion expertise and robust brand-building capabilities. The brand specializes in women’s footwear, stockings, perfumes, and bags, and aims to make a significant impact in the Indian fashion industry.

By leveraging its unique offerings and scaling strategies, Theater is set to transform the fashion landscape and create a substantial market presence.
