Docplix Secures Rs 1.2 Crore in Bridge Round to Enhance AI Integration and Market Expansion.

Date:

Healthtech startup Docplix has successfully raised Rs 1.2 crore in a bridge round, with funding led by Inflection Point Ventures. This investment follows a series of successful funding rounds for Docplix, including a Rs 5 crore pre-Series A round in March 2023, led by Eris Lifesciences with contributions from various angel investors. Additionally, the startup raised Rs 1.2 crore in its seed round in February 2022.

The newly acquired funds will be utilized for product development, AI integration, and market expansion, according to a press release from Docplix. Specifically, the company aims to enhance its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system by incorporating advanced AI capabilities to improve decision support and patient care. Moreover, the funds will support the expansion of Docplix’s market reach.

Docplix, founded by Varun Garg and Aayush Garg, offers an ABDM-compliant EHR system that ensures secure and interoperable management of patient data. The integrated Decision Support System (DSS) leverages data analytics to assist healthcare professionals in making informed decisions, thereby improving patient care and clinic efficiency. Additionally, the startup’s innovative visualization tools make patient data easy to understand.

Currently, Docplix serves over 2,000 doctors and extends its services through programs and remote clinics in tier-II and tier-III cities. This expansion aims to address healthcare needs in underserved areas, furthering Docplix’s mission to improve healthcare accessibility and quality.
