DevAssure Raises Pre-Seed Funding to Transform Software Testing with AI-Powered Automation

DevAssure, a fresh face in the developer tools space, has secured an undisclosed amount in pre-seed funding, led by Eximius Ventures. The startup plans to use this investment to accelerate its market reach and enhance its unique AI-driven testing platform.

Founded in 2024 by Badri Varadarajan, Divya Manohar, and Santhosh Selladurai, DevAssure aims to change the way software testing is done. The company has developed a network of AI agents that seamlessly work together to transform Figma mockups and live code into automated, executable tests. These agents operate directly within the developer’s integrated development environment (IDE) and continuous integration (CI) pipeline, providing a “living safety net” that adapts to fast-paced release cycles.

What sets DevAssure apart is its ability to reduce the burden of traditional testing. Its AI-powered platform helps teams generate and maintain comprehensive test suites with minimal manual effort. The technology works by integrating with popular tools like Figma, Visual Studio Code, and CI/CD pipelines, catching bugs earlier in the development process and ensuring high-quality releases without the complexity of old-school testing frameworks.

In its early rollouts, DevAssure has already shown impressive results. For mid-market fintech and SaaS companies, it has drastically cut down test creation time from days to just hours and reduced maintenance efforts by over 80%.

With this round of funding, DevAssure plans to further expand its AI-driven agent framework, introduce more integrations with different development tools, and grow its teams in India and the US.

By automating the most tedious parts of the testing process, DevAssure is making it easier for software teams to build, test, and ship products faster — all while improving quality and reducing the risks of bugs sneaking through. This marks just the beginning for a startup with the potential to reshape the software development landscape.
