Aerospace and defence technology startup Constelli has successfully secured $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Pravega Ventures. This marks the company’s first institutional funding, a significant milestone in its growth journey.

Founded in 2017 by Satya Gopal Panigrahi and Avinash Chenreddy, Constelli is at the forefront of advanced signal processing, specializing in tools and solutions that optimize the design, development, and testing of critical aerospace and defence systems. With a focus on modern technologies such as hardware and software advancements, modeling and simulation, and distributed computing, the Hyderabad-based company aims to revolutionize the development lifecycle of payloads for both airborne and ground defence platforms.

The funds raised will be directed towards capital expenditure and research and development (R&D) initiatives, which will support the company’s continued product innovation. Constelli is dedicated to enhancing technical sophistication and speeding up the development processes for key military systems, particularly in the fields of radar and electronic warfare (EW).

Constelli’s impact spans globally, with clients including India’s Ministry of Defence, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), as well as prominent defence contractors in South Korea, Australia, and Singapore. The company competes in a dynamic and growing space, alongside other key players such as NewSpace Research & Technologies, IdeaForge, and Garuda Aerospace.

With this fresh infusion of capital, Constelli is poised to expand its capabilities, solidifying its position as a leader in aerospace and defence innovation.
