Confido Health Secures $3 Million Seed Round to Revolutionize Healthcare with AI

Confido Health, an AI-focused healthtech startup, has raised $3 million in its seed funding round led by Together Fund. Other participants in the round included MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, DeVC, Operators Studio, and strategic healthcare operators. This comes after the firm’s successful pre-seed round led by Momentum Capital.

The fresh funds will be utilized to enhance Confido Health’s AI technology stack and expand its reach across specialties such as surgery, orthopedics, dental, and pediatrics.

Founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido Health leverages artificial intelligence to deploy “AI workers” that handle key administrative tasks like appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and care coordination. These digital workers seamlessly integrate with existing healthcare systems in under five minutes through no-code deployment, enabling end-to-end automation of critical workflows.

Confido’s platform processes unstructured data from various systems while adhering to strict HIPAA compliance standards. Unlike many AI solutions trained on public datasets, the startup uses real-world data to validate its digital workers, ensuring higher accuracy and reliability. The platform also supports multilingual interactions, allowing it to engage with patients in multiple languages and complete various tasks simultaneously.

Currently, Confido Health serves over 15 clients across more than 50 locations, reaching an estimated 50,000 patients monthly. This funding marks a significant milestone for the company as it aims to scale its operations and broaden its impact on the healthcare industry.

By automating complex processes and improving efficiency, Confido Health is poised to redefine the way healthcare providers manage administrative workflows, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and reducing operational burdens.
