Circle of Games Secures $1 Million Investment from Nazara and The Hashgraph Association.

Date:

Circle of Games (COG), a Web3 multi-gaming platform, has secured $1 million in equity funding from Nazara Technologies FZ LLC and The Hashgraph Association. Nazara Technologies FZ LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited, while The Hashgraph Association is a Swiss-based organization.

The investment will accelerate COG’s go-to-market strategy, enhance platform capabilities, and expand its international presence across the US, EU, Middle East & Africa, and Asia in 2024.

Founded by Rabilal Thapa (CEO), Rajeeb VC (CTO), and Rohit Tiwari (CMO), Circle of Games has rapidly grown its user base, boasting over 250,000 registered Android users. The platform is set to launch its app on iOS devices by Q2.

With a solid user base, COG aims to increase its gaming portfolio from six to over ten games by Q4 2024. Its client base includes various web3 projects and ecosystems globally, such as Chingari, Solana, Foundership, KGeN/IndiGGMetarun, TheFishVerse, NinjaGames, and numerous Gaming Guilds/DAOs. These partnerships grant COG immediate access to a gaming community of 500 million in over 50 countries.

Nazara’s recent announcement of investing $100 million towards mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the next 24 months further underlines the growth potential and strategic significance of COG’s partnership with Nazara Technologies FZ LLC.
