Aurionpro Solutions Bolsters AI Capabilities with Arya.ai Acquisition

Aurionpro Solutions Limited has recently moved significantly in the AI space by acquiring Mumbai-based PaaS startup Arya.ai for $16.5 million. The deal, structured entirely in cash, includes secondary acquisition and fund infusion.

Aurionpro Solutions, headquartered in Mumbai, is renowned for its advanced technology solutions tailored for banking, mobility, payments, and government sectors.

Aurionpro will secure a majority stake (67%) in Arya.ai in this acquisition, enriching its portfolio with products and expertise in artificial intelligence, deep learning, intelligent automation, PaaS, autonomous AI platforms, and industry solutions.

Four-S Services facilitated the transaction as Arya.ai’s advisor.

Established in 2013 by Vinay Kumar Sankarapu and Deekshith Marla, Arya.ai offers a PaaS solution tailored for BFSIs. Its offerings include Arya API, providing models-as-a-service and a DIY platform featuring over 80 finely tuned ML models specialized for BFSIs; Libra, a fine-tuning as-a-service platform with multiple SOTA ML models optimized for various BFSI tasks; and AryaXAI, an upcoming ML observability and alignment tool for off-the-shelf AI governance for mission-critical AI.

With over 100 BFSI clients globally, Arya.ai’s primary markets are India and South-East Asia.

Arya.ai had raised approximately $2 million from investors such as YourNest, VentureNursery, and Sparkle Fund.
