4baseCare, a healthcare startup specializing in precision oncology, has raised $6 million in its Series A funding round, led by Yali Capital. The infusion of capital will be utilized to enhance the company’s product offerings, scale operations, and fuel its expansion across India, as well as into other countries in Asia and the Middle East.

Founded in 2018 by Hitesh Goswami and Kshitij Rishi, 4baseCare has positioned itself at the forefront of precision oncology by leveraging advanced genomics and digital health technology. The company’s genomic tests have had a significant impact on cancer treatment in Southeast Asia, benefiting over 10,000 patients to date.

One of 4baseCare’s flagship products is Indiegene, which is touted as the world’s first cancer gene panel specifically designed for the Indian population. This biomarker testing panel has set a new benchmark in the field of genomics, offering tailored insights for more effective cancer treatment.

In the coming months, 4baseCare plans to establish genomics laboratories in the Philippines, Nepal, and Dubai, extending its reach into new markets. The company will also focus on advancing its genomics and digital health solutions, particularly in areas such as data analytics, clinical insights, and data-driven treatment recommendations.

With this latest funding round, 4baseCare is poised to accelerate its mission of making precision oncology accessible to a broader population, ultimately improving cancer care outcomes across the region.
