(A) In India, Ayurveda has been forgotten by most. Studies found that 90% of Indians now preferred quick-fix allopathic treatments over ancient Ayurvedic remedies.
I met Pawanjot in college. Both of us shared a unique bond. We both loved the world of Ayurveda.
Life had its twists, and after college, destiny reunited us. Pawanjot faced health problems like fungal infections and eczema. Our search for an Ayurvedic cure revealed a harsh reality – very few Ayurvedic doctors, herbs, or medicines were available. It was a wake-up call.
We decided to take action and start a brand named Ayuvya Ayurveda. Our mission was clear – to provide practical Ayurvedic solutions for everyday health issues and rebuild trust in this ancient system of medicine, avoiding the harmful chemicals in modern medication.
We also had another goal – to make Ayurveda fit into today’s fast-paced life. We wanted remedies that could easily be part of the modern world’s busy routines.
And that’s what we did. Our product range includes brain boosters, weight gainers, women’s health products, etc., all made using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
In a world where Ayurveda had taken a back seat to allopathy, we aimed to remind people of the natural, time-tested remedies that could make a difference in their lives. Our small Ayurvedic brand was a step towards a healthier and more balanced future. 5 Lakh+ customers trust our brand today.
(Q) What inspired you to establish Ayuvya Ayurveda, and what fundamental mission does your brand embody in wellness?
(A) In a world where most people used medicines prescribed by doctors, I never relied on regular medication, which was quite unusual in our fast-paced world. Everyone seemed to take pills like paracetamol or ibuprofen to keep up with their busy lives.
But then, I met my co-founder, Pawanjot, and discovered she lived a similar medicine-free life. We both believed there had to be a better way to care for our health.
Then, Pawanjot faced a health challenge – she had fungal infections and troublesome eczema. We turned to Ayurveda, an ancient natural healing system from our culture, to find a solution that matched our beliefs.
But it was more challenging than we thought. Finding the proper Ayurvedic treatment and experts was a big challenge. We realized that there needed to be more Ayurvedic options available.
So, we decided to do something about it. We started our very own Ayurvedic brand. Our goal was simple – to offer practical solutions for everyday health issues and bring back trust in this ancient system of medicine. We believed that Ayurveda could provide natural and effective remedies without the side effects of synthetic drugs.
We remembered our mothers’ simple, natural remedies, like ginger tea with honey. Sadly, these traditions faded as quick-fix allopathic treatments took over.
The education system and government policies mostly favoured allopathy, making it seem the only reasonable choice. But we believed otherwise.
Ayurveda was close to our hearts, focusing on natural ingredients and caring for the whole person. We knew that making small changes in our lifestyle could help us prevent serious diseases and lead healthier lives.
With our Ayurvedic brand, we aimed to bring back the wisdom of our ancestors, making it available to those who had forgotten or never had the chance to experience its benefits. Our journey was about rediscovering the power of Ayurveda in a world where quick solutions had hidden the gentle magic of nature.

We do this for all our potential consequences and send the free improved product to our old repeat customers.
