Q – Can you share the inspiration behind the founding of Search Wellness? What motivated you to venture into the natural herbal products space?  

The inspiration for founding our New Age Ayurvedic Brand stemmed from witnessing the adverse effects of reliance on allopathic medicines on my Health. Understanding that our Vedic Sciences had such simple solutions and observing the growing need for holistic and natural alternatives motivated me to venture into the Ayurvedic healthcare space. The belief in a healthier, more sustainable path led to the creation of Our Ayurvedic Wellness Brand.

Q – What sets Search Wellness apart in a market saturated with various wellness products? How does the company contribute to conscious, healthy living?

Search Wellness aims to provide a balanced approach, embracing the fundamentals of Ayurveda: Aahar (Diet), Vihar (Lifestyle) and Chikitsa(Treatment) to promote overall well-being and address health concerns without potential drawbacks associated with excessive allopathic interventions. We promote the importance of yoga and eating seasonal food through our social media page to ensure conscious, healthy living, as the primary focus should be on diet and mindfulness to avoid any Medication.

Q- Could you walk us through the early days of Search Wellness? What were some of the challenges you faced as a startup, and how did you overcome them?

In the early days of Search Wellness, we focused on formulating potent ingredients and sourcing them for optimal results. Crafting packaging that resonated with the younger generation’s understanding was crucial. Overcoming scepticism, we navigated the intricate process of obtaining necessary registrations, recognizing the need to establish Ayurvedic Supplements as credible and beneficial in mainstream marketplaces. We have all the required licenses, such as FSSAI and WHO: GMP, to build consumer trust in the quality of our products.

Q – The demand for natural and herbal products has been steadily increasing. How has Search Wellness adapted to this growing trend, and what strategies have you employed to stay ahead in the market?

Constantly educating about the benefits of Ayurvedic Ingredients, embracing customer feedback and leveraging digital platforms enable us to adapt swiftly. By prioritizing quality as we have our manufacturing plant and adopting a personalized approach in contacting customers post-purchase for results and feedback, we remain resilient and relevant in the ever-evolving wellness industry.

Q – What role do you see technology playing in the future of wellness products? How is Search Wellness leveraging technology to enhance its offerings?

Technology is integral to our D2C Ayurvedic Brand’s growth. Utilizing WhatsApp and Instagram for quick feedback fosters direct customer engagement—meta tools aid in educating consumers about the benefits of our Products. Advanced logistics tech ensures swift deliveries and enhances customer satisfaction. This tech synergy allows us to provide a seamless, informed, and prompt brand experience.

Q – Sustainability is a critical concern in the wellness industry. How does Search Wellness incorporate eco-friendly practices in its production and packaging processes?

Search Wellness prioritizes sustainability by minimizing fuel and wood usage in production and efficiently utilizing our herbal ingredients waste. Our commitment extends to using less plastic in our packaging, reducing environmental impact.

Q – Can you share some success stories or customer testimonials highlighting the positive impact of Search Wellness products on individuals’ Health and well-being?

We got our initial validation in our Diabetes and Brain Booster products. One of Our customers sent us her reports on how her HbA1c Levels dropped from 7 to 4 within one month of usage, and she was so happy that her dosage of 5 Tablets came down to just 1 Ayurvedic Capsule a day with considerable weight loss as well. We received feedback on Amazon and our website on how our Brain Booster capsules reduced their stress and gave them better sleep. Customers have successfully switched to our Mind Care Supplement from Anti-Anxiety drugs, which are habit-forming and not suitable for the liver in the Long Run.

Also, Post-Pandemic Ayurvedic Medicines are being taken more seriously than before. The usual thought process was that if “Ayurvedic Medicines do not have any side effects, they probably won’t have any effects at all”. I am happy that everyone is concerned about their Health and aim to reduce their ailments using natural remedies.

Q – As an entrepreneur, what advice do you have for aspiring startup founders in the wellness industry? Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you would like to share?

For aspiring wellness founders:

  1. Prioritize quality products over market trends like gummies and effervescent tablets.
  2. Invest in learning digital marketing and plugin technology tools to reach a broader audience.
  3. I’d like you to please align your team and decisions, as success in the wellness industry stems from genuine efficacy and strategic digital presence.

Only those with result-oriented products will endure in a competitive market in the long run.
