Kovai.co, a leading enterprise software and B2B SaaS company has announced its acquisition of Bengaluru-based B2C SaaS startup Floik. This strategic move aims to bolster the capabilities of Kovai.co’s AI-powered knowledge management software, Document360, by integrating Floik’s interactive product demos, guides, and videos. The acquisition will enhance Document360’s knowledge base features, benefiting the company’s more than 2,500 global customers.
Launched in 2020, Floik was founded by Vartika Bansal and Vidyasankar Krishnamurthy with the support of Elevation Capital. Kovai.co expects this integration to drive a 35% year-over-year revenue increase within its knowledge management category.
In addition to expanding its product offering, Kovai.co has welcomed six members from Floik’s team, including co-founder Vidyasankar Krishnamurthy, who will continue to enhance the product and provide support to Document360’s extensive global customer base.
