LISSUN Secures $2.5 Million in Pre-Series A to Expand Mental Health Services

Date:

Mental health platform LISSUN has successfully raised $2.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round, led by RPSG Capital Ventures. Other participants included new investors Multiply Ventures and Atrium Angels, along with existing backers such as Ivycap Ventures, Rainmatter, and Sucseed Ventures. This latest round brings LISSUN’s total capital raised to $5 million.

In September 2023, LISSUN closed a $1.3 million seed round spearheaded by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Rainmatter Capital, signalling continued investor confidence in the company’s mission to improve mental health accessibility.

LISSUN, co-founded by Dr. Krishna Veer Singh, partners with healthcare, corporate, and educational institutions to deliver integrated mental health solutions. The platform focuses on high-stress challenges such as chronic illness management, exam anxiety, and workplace pressure. Additionally, through its dedicated division “Sunshine by Lissun,” the company offers specialized child development services, addressing neurodevelopmental and behavioural disorders like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning disorders.

The Gurugram-based startup employs a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, special educators, and behavioural therapists, offering comprehensive care at critical points of need. The platform aims to provide contextualized support to individuals who may be unaware of their mental health and developmental challenges.

To date, LISSUN claims to have impacted over 75,000 lives, delivering more than 100,000 mental health sessions. The company competes with other prominent mental health platforms like Wysa, Amaha Health, and YourDost.

With the fresh funding, LISSUN is poised to scale its operations and broaden its reach, further enhancing its offerings to tackle growing mental health challenges across various sectors.
