IIMA Ventures Launches Growth Accelerator 2.0 to Propel SMEs and Family Businesses to New Heights

Date:

Startup incubator IIMA Ventures (formerly IIMA-CIIE) has unveiled its latest initiative, Growth Accelerator 2.0, aimed at empowering 15 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and family-run businesses. This program is crafted to drive exponential growth for participating businesses through strategic growth initiatives and innovation.

Growth Accelerator 2.0 offers a comprehensive suite of interventions, including knowledge sessions, masterclasses, workshops, founder talks, diagnostic panels, and mentoring clinics. These resources are designed to provide practical, hands-on support to operationalize growth opportunities effectively. The program’s methodology focuses on fostering an environment where founders and business leaders can experiment with and implement growth strategies using time-tested frameworks.

Participants will commence their journey with an intensive three-day boot camp at the IIM Ahmedabad campus, where they will engage in workshops and scaling-focused sessions led by IIMA faculty. The boot camp will also feature successful entrepreneurs sharing their real-world experiences and insights on business scaling. Following this, participants will receive two months of personalized mentorship from domain experts, addressing the unique challenges each business faces in its growth journey.

IIMA Ventures has a track record of success, having mentored over 7,000 founders and accelerated more than 1,700 startups. It has also provided catalytic capital to over 700 companies and inspired over a million people through its 400+ publications.

In addition to the Growth Accelerator program, IIMA Ventures recently launched the Venture Investing Accelerator, designed to support first-time and novice investors. This initiative underscores IIMA Ventures’ commitment to fostering growth and innovation in the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
