Hyperbots Secures $2 Million in Seed Funding from Kalaari Capital and Others.

Date:

Hyperbots, an AI startup specializing in finance and accounting solutions, has successfully raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital, with additional participation from Sunicon Ventures and Athera Venture Partners.

The fresh capital will be allocated towards expanding Hyperbots’ go-to-market strategy and accelerating product development, including the creation of proprietary generative AI models tailored for finance and accounting applications.

Founded in 2023 by Rajeev Pathak, Niyati Chhaya, and Ram Jayaraman, Hyperbots provides comprehensive AI-powered tools that streamline various financial functions, such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and expense processing.

The startup boasts the development of proprietary AI Assistants, designed with human-like intelligence to automate a range of manual, analytical, and strategic tasks within finance and accounting departments.

Hyperbots is particularly focused on the US mid-market sector, targeting companies with annual revenues between $50 million and $1 billion. The platform integrates AI across all finance-related tasks, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and expense management processes, reducing the need for human intervention by 80%.
