Infurnia, Cloud-Native Architecture Design Startup, Raises $1.2M in Angel Round.

Date:

Infurnia, a Bengaluru-based startup providing cloud-native architecture design software, has recently secured $1.2 million in an angel funding round. The investment was led by Yogesh Chaudhary, the owner of Jaipur Rugs and an existing investor in the company. This round brings Infurnia’s total angel funding to $4.9 million, garnered across several rounds since its establishment.

The startup, founded in 2014 by Nikhil Kumar and Lovepreet Mann, focuses on offering a cloud-based platform for architecture and interior design professionals to create designs for buildings, interiors, and modular kitchens. This latest funding round follows a $240K investment secured by Infurnia in September 2020, with participation from angel investors such as Pallav Nadhani, the founder of FusionCharts.

Infurnia has demonstrated significant growth, boasting an expanded client base of over 600 customers and achieving an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $1 million. Among its clientele are renowned names in the industry, including LivSpace, Hometown, Purvankara, and Urban Ladder.

The infusion of funds will enable Infurnia to enhance its platform further and expand its market reach. The startup aims to leverage the investment in product development, customer acquisition, and scaling operations to meet the increasing service demand.

Regarding the recent funding, Yogesh Chaudhary, the lead investor, expressed confidence in Infurnia’s potential to revolutionize the architecture and interior design industry. He highlighted the startup’s innovative approach and ability to cater to the evolving needs of professionals in the field.

Infurnia’s co-founders, Nikhil Kumar and Lovepreet Mann, stated that the funding would fuel their vision of making architecture and interior design accessible, efficient, and creative through their platform. They emphasized their commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions and personalized experiences to their growing base of clients.

With its latest investment, Infurnia is poised to strengthen its position as a leader in cloud-native architecture design software, catering to the needs of architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers worldwide.
