Uniqus Consultech Raises $20M to Power Global Expansion and Redefine Consulting with AI.

In just two years since its inception, Uniqus Consultech has emerged as a fast-growing force in the global consulting space. Now, with a fresh $20 million boost from its Series C funding round—led by Nexus Venture Partners and joined by Sorin Investments, both returning backers—the firm is gearing up for its next leap.

This round brings Uniqus’ total funding to over $42 million, signaling investor confidence in its ambitious vision. The newly raised capital will go toward expanding its footprint, deepening its suite of services, and accelerating innovation across markets.

Uniqus was co-founded in 2022 by industry veterans Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan, both of whom held leadership roles at KPMG and EY. Their goal? To build a modern consulting firm that blends traditional expertise with cutting-edge technology.

Today, Uniqus helps companies tackle everything from complex accounting and financial operations to ESG reporting and AI risk management. Its client-first, innovation-driven approach has already earned it a spot on the radar of over 250 companies across India, the US, and the Middle East.

What sets Uniqus apart is its bold embrace of technology. The company has built a suite of proprietary platforms like:

  • UniQuest: A GenAI-powered engine that simplifies search and analysis
  • Risk UniVerse: A tool for financial controls and compliance
  • Reporting UniVerse: A data platform for seamless financial reporting
  • ESG UniVerse: Designed for transparent and accountable ESG disclosures

It’s also teamed up with Cranium AI to help clients navigate the rising complexities of AI governance.

From 11 cities and a growing team of 550+ professionals, Uniqus is already seeing strong traction. It closed FY24 with $2.5 million in India revenue and a modest profit of Rs 35 lakh. Globally, it’s on track to hit $86.6 million in revenue and has set its sights on crossing the $100 million mark by 2026.

In a space dominated by consulting giants like Accenture, PwC, Infosys, and Deloitte, Uniqus is carving its niche—with agility, tech-led solutions, and a people-first mindset.

As it gears up for the next chapter, Uniqus is proving that even in a crowded market, there’s plenty of room to rise—especially when purpose, technology, and expertise come together.
