The collaboration will focus on providing comprehensive support to startups in Uttar Pradesh for global market expansion
New Delhi, April 21, 2025 – The Circle: Founders Club (The Circle FC) a leader in cross-border startup acceleration has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Start-in UP, an initiative by the Government of Uttar Pradesh led by Shri Ravi Ranjan, IAS, Managing Director of Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation Limited (UPECL)
The MoU was signed during Startup Mahakumbh, in the presence of Shri Anurag Yadav, Principal Secretary, Department of IT and Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh and aims to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s startup environment by providing local entrepreneurs with global market and investment opportunities.
