~ Featuring celebrity guests and coto’s mental health experts, the new show is designed to heal, connect, and transform the way we engage with emotional well-being ~
National, 16th April 2025: coto, the emotional wellness platform that provides 24/7 live consultations and inclusive conversations, announces its partnership with renowned media voice and storyteller Janice Sequeira for the launch of ‘The Healing Circle’—a bold, honest and emotionally charged video conversation series. Powered by coto, the show is designed for those seeking a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. It explores real conversations that society often avoids. From de-stigmatising divorce to body image struggles to topics like sex, parenting, loneliness, and digital intimacy, the show explores conversations most people don’t want to have. At its heart, this series is an invitation to connect, reflect, and heal.
Launching on Janice Sequeira’s YouTube channel, the show brings together celebrity guests, mental health and spiritual experts from coto, offering both professional insights and personal stories. What makes it truly special is that the questions and conversations unfolding on the show reflect the very same ones that are seen on coto every day—real, relevant, and deeply human.
The series will feature powerful voices from the Bollywood and influencer space, including Dia Mirza, Seema Khan, Rida Tharana, Leeza Mangaldas, Anish Bhagat, Avantika Malik, Kareema Barry and so many others—each sharing personal journeys that challenge stereotypes and open the door to deeper healing. Adding expert depth to these conversations are coto’s trusted voices, including Dr. Mona Gujral (Psychologist), Kusha Bharadwaj (Psychologist & Oracle Reader), and Neha Srivastava (Holistic Healer) who offer meaningful perspectives on mental health, relationships, spiritual wellness, and emotional empowerment.
Speaking about the collaboration, Aparna Acharekar, Co-Founder, coto, said, “In a world that often rewards silence over vulnerability, The Healing Circle is a space we urgently need. At coto, we’ve seen how powerful healing can be when people are given a platform to speak their truths without fear or shame. This show is a natural extension of our mission—to destigmatize emotional well-being, normalize difficult conversations, and make expert guidance truly accessible. Partnering with Janice on this felt like the perfect alignment of purpose. The Healing Circle is not just a series—it’s a movement to remind people that their stories matter, their emotions are valid, and healing begins the moment we feel seen and heard.”
Speaking about the intent behind the show, Janice Sequeira said, “We live in a time where people are constantly connected, yet emotionally more disconnected than ever. I wanted to create something that breaks through the noise—something real, raw, and emotionally resonant. The Healing Circle is that space. It’s not about perfect answers, it’s about honest questions. Partnering with coto made complete sense because they believe in the same kind of radical empathy and openness. This show is deeply personal to me—it’s a space where I hope people find reflection, courage, and the reminder that they are not alone.
The first episode of The Healing Circle will go live on April 18th and will air twice a week on Janice Sequeira’s YouTube channel, offering unfiltered conversations on what it means to live, love, and heal in today’s world. The debut episode features Seema Kiran Sajdeh, Entrepreneur and everyone’s favourite from the hit reality series, “Fabulous lives of Bollywood Wives” and Avantika Malik—Head Mixologist at Mizu India, and Dr. Ayushi Gajghate—Psychologist and Holistic Healer at coto, as they share candid insights on navigating divorce, rediscovering identity, and the journey toward healing.
