CADRE ODR Secures $200K to Revolutionize Digital Dispute Resolution

0

Bengaluru-based Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform CADRE ODR has raised $200,000 in an ongoing pre-Series A funding round. The investment came from prominent angel investors, including Aprameya Radhakrishna, Murali Subramanian, Ram Bhamidi, Aneesh Garg, and Rahul Guptan.

The funds will be utilized to further CADRE ODR’s mission of democratizing access to justice by providing an affordable, efficient, and accessible dispute-resolution system for businesses and individuals.

Leveraging AI for Rapid Legal Resolutions

Co-founded in 2019 by Kanchan Gupta and Rajneesh Jaswal, CADRE ODR is transforming traditional dispute resolution methods using advanced technology. The platform enables legally binding, cost-effective, and time-efficient resolutions, cutting resolution times to 45-60 days compared to months or years with conventional legal approaches.

By addressing the critical issues of high costs and delays in legal processes, CADRE ODR aims to bridge the justice gap for underrepresented parties. The platform has already processed nearly 8,000 cases, spanning sectors such as banking, securities, employment, and commercial disputes.

Expanding Horizons

CADRE ODR plans to expand its operations internationally, targeting the South African and Australian markets, where demand for digital dispute resolution is rapidly increasing. The company has partnered with Orington & Partners, an Australia-based consulting firm, to drive this growth.

Additionally, CADRE ODR is investing in AI-powered tools to improve transparency, accuracy, and user experience. These tools are set to enhance the platform’s legal workflows, making dispute resolution even more efficient.

Transforming Access to Justice

CADRE ODR’s vision aligns with a broader global trend toward digital transformation in legal services. By providing streamlined solutions and embracing cutting-edge technology, the company is set to redefine how individuals and businesses resolve disputes—quickly, affordably, and fairly.

With this latest funding, CADRE ODR is poised to strengthen its leadership in the ODR space, both in India and internationally.
